Consall Hall Gardens
With 70 acres of landscaped gardens set amidst the awe-inspiring scenery of the Churnet valley, Consall Hall Gardens is a hidden gem of the Staffordshire Moorlands. Over fifty years of careful planning and landscaping to create Consall Gardens means there are six lakes, a variety of structures, bridges and ruins, and hundreds of different plants to explore, and if you’re lucky you might even get a full tour on the golf buggy.
The wedding event
12:30 – Drinks reception
You’re invited to help Ashley settle his nerves and catch up with your fellow guests with drinks from 12:30.
13:00 – Seated for ceremony
April showers permitting… we’ll be getting married at the Poolside Terrace, and we please ask you to take your seats by 13:00.
14:00 – Drinks on the lawn
There will be drinks on the lawn to greet and raise a glass to the new Mr & Mrs Davies.
14:30 – Group photos & garden tours
The all important group photos will be done at 14:30 to allow you then to relax, explore the gardens, have a drink and mentally prepare yourselves for the evening ahead. If you’re lucky, you might even get a full tour of Consall Gardens on one of the golf buggies.
16:00 – BBQ
Please find your table and take your seats for 15:45. Never one to follow formalities, and as massive fans of a BBQ, food will be ready for 16:00 and each table will be invited in turn up to the BBQ grill.
17:30 – A few words
The speeches will take place after dinner at approximately 17:30.
19:00 – Arrival of evening guests
We will move to the marquee after the speeches and welcome our evening guests from 19:00.
19:30 – First dance as Mr & Mrs Davies.
Our first dance as Mr & Mrs Davies. (And probably Ash's last dance of the night)
19:45 – Evening buffet & DJ
The evening buffet will open and the DJ will get the party started…!
00:30 – Taxis
All good things must come to an end… with pre-booked taxi’s and onward travel at 00:30.
